nice work man ..all done in flash?you should maybe try using a combo with flash and photoshop !!!

Keep workin' on those backgrounds, man! About those layout sketches on my blog you liked: most of them were done relitively quick. Probably about 20 minutes. The first two I spent longer on, over an hour for sure.
Just grab your view finder and draw some scenes from life, but don't be afraid to also move stuff around to get a better composition.
Hope your job fair went well!
